About The Bundle Plan

Can I change my plan?

Yes, we want you to always have the right plan for your usage. If you start to build too much inventory, we will suggest that you cut back on your plan. If you start running out before your delivery date, we will suggest that you increase to the appropriate number of units. You can adjust your plan twice per year at no additional charge to accommodate for seasonal usage. Just go the contact section on the website and e-mail your request or call (318) 506-2180.

Does the cost fluctuate from month to month?

As long as you do not change your plan or get more units than your plan calls for, your monthly cost will be same each and every month. There are no bottle deposits or any surprise charges. You can budget for one price, the same price every month. *If you order additional 5-gallon bottles, you will be charged regular price for the additional units.

How often does Music Mountain deliver?

Your friendly Route Salesman will come by once a month, on the same day every month, so it’s easy to remember your delivery schedule. An example would be the first Tuesday of each month. Exceptions can be made for high volume commercial customers.

What are the advantages of the Bundle Plan?

We listened to our customers and tried to take out the hassles by offering:

  • The Same Price each month
  • The Same delivery day each month
  • A water cooler for home use and small individual sized bottles for school, work, trips, etc.
  • No bottle deposits
  • No cooler rent charge
  • The ability to save $$ by using an easy to understand E-bill & E-Pay

What happens after I pick a Plan?

Let’s say for example that you decide that the “Five unit” plan is best for you. Each month when the delivery truck stops by, We will deliver a total of five units. If you have 3 empty five-gallon bottles, your route salesman will replace those 3 bottles and leave you two cases of small bottles. If you have 4 empties, he will replace them and leave you one case. If you have 5 empties, he will replace them all.

What if Im on a 5 unit plan and dont use all five units one month?

The bundle plans are based on an average use. Some months you will not use all your water and you will start to build an extra inventory of the case water. Our water has a two year expiration date. Having extra water on hand can serve several purposes.
It is a good idea to always have extra water on hand for emergencies, or when you have extra friends or family over.

Second, if you ever run out of five-gallon water before your delivery day, you can always use the small bottles to get you by until then.

What products are being bundled?

You get the use of a water cooler, 5 gallon bottles, and cases of individual size bottles, all for one low monthly price. The concept is that You have a water cooler and five-gallon bottles for using at home for drinking, cooking, coffee & tea and have small individual size bottles to take with you for school, work, trips, sports outings, etc. The small bottles also serve as a back up if you ever run out of water for your water cooler before your delivery day.

WHY SHOULD I SIGN UP FOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL?

We service and repair all of our equipment. Should any problems ever arise we will deliver an immediate replacement at no additional cost. Alternatively, if you own your equipment and anything goes wrong, it can be very expensive to repair.

WHY SHOULD I BUY MY WATER COOLER FROM MUSIC MOUNTAIN WATER VERSUS THE DISCOUNT STORES?

Water coolers are refrigeration units, so if you purchase your cooler elsewhere and something goes wrong it can be very expensive to repair. Music Mountain Waters’ coolers come with a 1 year limited warranty and we service and repair what we sell. Additionally, our water coolers are made with high quality, commercial grade components unlike some water coolers found in the discount stores.

WHAT IF I ALREADY OWN A WATER COOLER?

Great! Music Mountain Water can still provide delivery of bottled water.

DO I NEED TO BE ON-SITE TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERIES?

For Equipment Installation, We ask that someone be on-site to allow us entry into your home or office for the initial installation of your cooler. You will be contacted prior to the installation to schedule a convenient delivery time.
For Delivery Service, it is not necessary to be on-site when scheduled deliveries are made to your location. For bottled water delivery, simply designate a location at your home or office and our Route Salesman will leave your bottles at that location each delivery. You can also store your empty bottles in that same location (or pick a different spot) and your route salesman will pick them up for return.

HOW OFTEN WILL I RECEIVE A DELIVERY?

Initially, deliveries will be scheduled for every four (4) weeks. Depending on your needs we can set a delivery frequency that works best for you. For large commercial accounts a 2 week delivery cycle is recommended to keep the appropriate stock levels. For residential customers a 4 week delivery cycle usually meets the needs of most families. Any time you are in need of products, just call. Not only will we meet your request within 48 hrs but we’ll review your usage and adjust the delivery cycle as needed.

WHAT IF I NEED SOMETHING BEFORE MY NEXT DELIVERY?

If you need products before your next scheduled delivery, please call our office and we will arrange a special delivery as soon as possible.

WHAT IS A BOTTLE DEPOSIT?

A Bottle Deposit is the refundable value of an empty 3 or 5 gallon bottle. On your initial delivery, in addition to the price of the water, you will be charged a refundable Bottle Deposit fee for each 3 and 5 gallon bottle that is delivered. After your initial delivery…

  • If we deliver more full bottles than you return empty, the difference in Bottle Deposits will be charged to your account.

Dispensers and Coolers

How do I clean my cooler?

WARNING:  Do Not Use bleach for units with Hot Tanks!

Your bottled water dispenser is virtually maintenance free — always ready to provide clean, refreshing bottled water at the press of a button. To be sure it stays in proper working order, however, you should spend a few minutes on basic care every two to three months.

When it’s time to replace water bottles:

1. Unplug cooler. Remove empty water bottle.
2. Drain all water still in the reservoir through the cold water faucet.
3. Fill the dispenser reservoir with clean tap water (about one gallon). Dissolve one teaspoon of household bleach in one cup of tap water. Add this mixture to the tap water already in the reservoir. (There should never be more than one teaspoon of bleach per gallon of tap water.)
4. Using a clean brush, scrub the inside of the reservoir. Let stand for five minutes.
5. Drain this water through the cold water faucet only. Wipe the reservoir dry.
6. Rinse reservoir by filling with clean tap water. Drain through the cold water faucet.
7. If your cooler has two faucets, refill the reservoir with clean tap water. Drain through the second faucet.
8. Place a new bottle on your dispenser. Plug in the unit and enjoy!

WARNING:  Do Not Use bleach for units with Hot Tanks!

How do I change the bottle on my cooler?

My cooler is leaking on the floor. What do I do?

95% of water leaks are caused by a small hairline crack in the bottle and not by your cooler. A tiny crack may not be visible when you put the bottle on, but it will slowly overflow on the inside of your cooler. First, take the bottle off your cooler and place it outside or in the sink. Next, unplug the cooler and drain the remaining water through the spigots. If you put a new bottle on after a leaky bottle without draining your cooler completely, the next undamaged bottle may overflow also. Dry the area around the cooler, put a new bottle on, and plug the electric back in. Please tape a note on the cracked bottle so we can credit your account. In the other 5% of the cases, your cooler may have a broken spigot, or a loose or broken hot tank valve. After you have taken these steps necessary to determine that the cooler is improperly functioning, please call customer service. Sorry for the mess!
